How to use the GCPRA Entry System


To join for membership or permit:


(A Permit is only good for 1 rodeo weekend, and it does not allow for money or rodeo count to count towards year end.  it is basically a Non-Member pass)


Go to gcpra.net


Click on the Schedule & Entry tab  - Click Here


Click Members tab


Click Register tab


From there you will fill out information, choose your membership or permit, submit and pay

To renew your membership:

 

 

Go to gcpra.net

 

Click on the Schedule & Entry tab Click Here

 

Click Members tab

 

Click on Login (use your member number and password to log in)

 

Once you are logged in, click the “Renew Membership” button and follow the procedures



TO ENTER RODEOS:


 

Go to gcpra.net

 

Click on the Schedule & Entry tab Click Here

 

Scroll down to the bottom of the information for the rodeo you want to enter, you will see a white square that says Rodeo Entry

 

Click on the Rodeo Entry Box

 

Enter your membership/permit number (these numbers can be looked up by clicking the title on the top of the Rodeo and Entry Page that says “To Look Up Your Number- Click Here”)

 

You will pick your preferences, mark events entered, and any buddies. Click Next and THEN ON NEXT PAGE YOU MUST HIT SUBMIT.



Contestants - Please remember it is your responsibility to inform an official if you will not be able to make it.  If you fail to do so, you will be assessed a fine along with your fees being owed.  Notified Turn Outs will only be responsible for paying the entry fee.  A Contestant is allowed 2 Medical or Vet Releases per rodeo season.  To use these releases you must inform an official, and send in a note from a medical or veterinarian professional stating that you are excused due to medical or veterinary reason.  Notice MUST me made AT LEAST 2 hours prior to the start of the performance or slack you are supposed to compete in.
