Saturday Nov. 23rd @ 7:00pm - 2013 GCPRA YEAR-END AWARDS BANQUET & DANCE; Average & All-Around Buckle & Year-End Saddle  Presentations W/ Live Entertainment - held in the Avi Casino     Grand Ballroom

Dinner for the awards banquet is being donated by the Avi Resort & Casino -- Each Contestant and one guest will have their meal provided at no cost.  Each additional dinner requested will be $18.00.  Menu will consist of: Garden salad w/ choice of dressing, ambrosia salad, pasta primavera, pork roast loin w/ natural gravy, carved roast sirloin in au jus, mashed potatoes, freshly baked rolls & butter, seasonal fresh vegetables and cheese cake.  All meals come with coffee/iced tea/water.

Entry Fees:  $250 all events; $250 per man in TR & #12TR ---  CASH ONLY

Stalls available for $15 per night with 1 bag of shavings included. Additional bags of shavings will be available for sale at $8 per bag. The stalls will be 1st come 1st served - Stall check-in will be at arrival with Mojave Crossing personnel.  ALL HORSES MUST BE STALLED - NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!
